About Nina
My journey into this work has been shaped as much by lived experience as by education. I began in strength and performance, learning what it truly means to build resilience in the body. Over time, that curiosity expanded into hormones, the nervous system, and the subtle ways our bodies communicate when we slow down enough to listen.
Then I became a mother - and everything deepened.
Motherhood softened me, stretched me, and redefined strength in ways no textbook ever could. It taught me patience, presence, and a deeper respect for the body’s intelligence through seasons of change. Today, I live this work daily - caring for my own body, regulating my nervous system, and practicing gratitude for the ordinary moments that hold so much meaning.
What I offer comes from experience, honesty, and deep care. I support women through strength, hormone balance, and the transitions of motherhood with compassion, accountability, and respect for the body’s wisdom.
